It took a while but I am just after getting my Irish pass and feel this is a good moment to try to speak English again (I'll try Gaelic some time later, fadhb ar bith!)
To keep you up with the news: I weight 1 stone and 10 pounds and am 11 months old, crawl at rather decent speeds (with butt-kicking acceleration!) and talk a bit but few cop on what I mean. And I usually mean:
Gimmie milk NOW! - or - I want outside, when you're ready, please, - or - New nappy, please, do not delay, - or - I'd rather wear red shoes if you do not mind, Mom, - or - I go to sleep now, goodbye.
FYI, I have mastered several skills recently:
- The Art of Throwing Objects
- The Pastime of Climbing Stairs
- The Pleasure of Slapping People on Their Face
- The Profficiency in Looking Guilty to please Mom and Dad after I slap someone on their face etc.
Throwing things is tough cus some things fly high (such as a rhino or a mug) and some fall flat immediately (such as mom's school mobile for example). Besides I am not allowed to throw some things and have not figured out what's the rule here. Puzzling, I am tellin ya.
But the weekend was great, we went to some Ballylallyyabbadabadoovaluu, at the sea, courtesy of Donal's uncle who let us use his holiday home, imagine what a fine gentleman he must be. It was pissing rain still everyone was grand, no, really, I mean it
(but...)
;)
LAST MINUTE UPDATE: Majka arrived today. She is a cute little girl aged 10 hours now and I can't wait to meet her!
